YOU CAN
FUNDRAISE GROW INSPIRE CONNECT RALLY STEWARD
better than this
Hey, I tell it like it is.
Or rather, I tell it even better…
Time to align and amplify your communications. Let’s create content that carries your mission forward and moves people to act.
I help people working to make an impact at…
Catholic and faith-based nonprofits
Mission-driven organizations
Small to medium businesses
Hey, I’m Blair!
Content strategist and writer with a love for clear communication (and cheering super loud for the teams and causes I support).
I know your audience because I am your audience: someone who sincerely cares about the people in our community.
And it’s not just local love. I’ve got the chops you need to effectively market your organization. With a background in journalism, public relations and 18+ years of nonprofit comms, I “move projects further, faster.” (Client’s words, not mine.)
How I usually help nonprofits:
Annual Reports
Turn dry stats into touching stories.
Your annual report isn’t just an obligation. It’s an opportunity to
re-engage past donors, inspire new donors and build trust in your organization.

Website Content
Create an impressive first
(or fifth) impression.
This could be the highest-ROI investment you ever make. Because a refreshed website works 24/7 to attract, educate and motivate your supporters.

Interested in working together?
Let’s say I am, too. (Blair speaking now.)
If you’re curious about hiring me as your content strategist or communications coordinator, let’s get together to discuss — preferably at a local coffee shop.
Over a steaming mug of the daily brew, we’ll gab about your goals, my services and maybe our favorite books or shows (be ready for the convo to veer in various directions, just sayin’).
After we meet, I’ll follow up with a custom proposal for your needs. I don’t believe in blanket suggestions or rigid systems — I’ll recommend whatever’s right for you, so you invest in only the content that makes sense for your nonprofit.
Whatever services you choose, I’ll lead you along the whole process. I’m not an Enneagram 8 for no reason: I was born to lead (in a growth-driving, “you go girl!” way, not a demanding, “do this my way or else!” way).
So… see you at Karma Koffee? Stories? Or maybe Zen?
Q's? I’ve got (straight) A's*
What types of writing do you do?
Most types! My favorite content to write is feature stories, like for annual reports (shh, don’t tell the others). I also truly enjoy writing website copy, marketing emails, blog posts, fundraising letters and more. Basically, if you need words to grow your nonprofit, I can write ‘em.
Do you also do design?
I can make my way around Canva or Adobe Spark for some things. But mostly, I don’t do design myself. I do have excellent design partners who can, though!
We’ll figure it out!
I’m busy—do I need to hold your hand through the project?
Nope! My hands will be too busy researching your organization, calling your interview subjects, and writing your content. I actually consider myself more of a “strategist” than a “writer” because I consider the big picture and the little details — and I project-manage everything from start to finish.
